A well-known financier and his bankrupt friend, who plan to rob a corrupt politician-bribe, a policeman who loves to fatten up demonstrators, and two ladies of lighter disposition are locked up in a boarding house for hours at a time by a sanitation official for a whole 10 days – a forced quarantine.
